weighing in
Sorry I didn't get around to posting earlier in the week, I've been working 14 hour days. I only lost one ounce last week. Made it down to 157.4 pounds. Seem to be going around in a loop in that area. I've increased my walks to 5-6 days a week for 30 minutes each. I'm really enjoy extra energy, as yesterday I worked a very full day on 3 1/2 hours sleep. Other days I've gotten 4-41/2 hours of sleep. Personally I prefer more and was grateful for the 7 hours I got last night. But I've decided that rather than waking up and tossing and turning, I go a head and get up and start working. I'm not trying to get up and work at 3 am, but if I'm awake, why not work?
