Saturated Fats...Watch Out!

Concentrated mostly in animal products, saturated fats are solid fats that raise harmful LDL cholesterol and increase cardiovascular disease risk. Foods high in saturated fats are damaging to your arteries, so as a result The American Heart Association advises limiting saturated fats to less than seven percent of total calories, which is equivocal to to about 15 grams for the average person intaking 2,000 calorie-a-day diet. It is easy to limit your saturated fat intake, just stay away from high fat content dairy products, limit your red meat intake and manage your meat portions. lastly, and this is a given, as much as possible stay away from fried and greasy foods, these are just swimming in saturated fats.

Acid Water: Don't Throw it Out!!

acid water is highly oxidative water, and therefore, acidic. acid water kills bacteria, viruses and fungi upon contact, in fact, Acid ionized water is destructive not only to bacteria but it is also an astringent. As a result it has found widespread application commercially in: nurseries, surgeries, food preparation areas, sprout and wheatgrass growers, florists, hospitals, etc. In the home it is an excellent cleansing and sterilizing agent, with uses in the kitchen, for hair and skin care, extending the life of flowers, promoting plant growth and many others. The acid water is excellent for all manner of skin complaint. you can use it as an astringent face wash last thing at night and it's excellent for acne, sores, bench top and more.
