Nedalee weighed in at 158.0 pounds this morning. a loss of 1 pound 2 ounces since last week and a total of 7.5 pounds over the last 6 weeks. Not a rapid weight loss, but respectable since I've eaten pretty much anything I wanted.
Ronnie hasn't weighed in yet this week, I'll follow up with that soon.
